1. How long will it take to receive my order

  • Already in stock items will be processed and shipped in 1-3 working days.
  • Please pre-ordered items will processed once your order is received, and will take  2-4weeks to be delivered.

2.My order was verified, however I recently received an email informing me that one item was out of stock. What exactly does this imply?

  • The item had become unavailable between the time you made your order and the time we confirmed it. We'll send issue a refund or email with an E-gift card that includes the amount you owe for the item's purchase. Please handle the gift card as if it were cash, since it is shop credit that may be redeemed at a later date. Credit in the store never expires.

3.I made an order but have received no response. What exactly is going on?

Your order might have been delayed for a variety of reasons. Your order was either identified as potentially fraudulent, or we needed to contact you to verify your personal information. In such circumstances, we will contact you as soon as an issue has been identified, and we will dispatch your things as soon as possible.

4. What options do I have for changing or canceling my order?

We handle orders as quickly as possible to ensure that you receive them as quickly as necessary. Before clicking "Checkout," you may make as many changes to your purchase as you like, but after that, you won't be able to. Keep in mind that our system is set up to expedite the fulfillment of purchases. After an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or amend it. In this instance, you may return the item(s) to us in line with our return policy.

5. How do I keep track of my order?

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once you place your order. A link to your order tracking page will be included in the e-mail.

1.Do you offer a refund for delivery costs?

  • No, The cost of delivery is non-refundable.

2. What happens if I refuse to accept a delivery?

  • Don't say no to a delivery. Regrettably, denied deliveries will be charged the cost of the original delivery plus the cost of return shipping. In the case of declined deliveries, any refund will be incur the entire delivery and return costs.

4. Do you offer international services?

  • We're sorry, but we don't presently provide overseas shipping. We've decided to integrate that upcoming years

1.What should I do if I want to return anything I purchased?

  • We want you to be pleased with your purchase from us, and if you're not, neither are we. In any circumstance you are not satisfied  with your purchase, you may return it to our offices for an exchange, refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
