Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Dress Afrika We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we create. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring evaluating, and purchasing our products.

If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have to issue a refund and return your item.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days exceed the time of your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in-stock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check in such cases, we may have to cancel your order You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order if you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms the request

We carry out a thorough quality check before processing the ordered item We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Dress Afrika is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation

We will revise your returned product as soon as we received it we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and if your request follows the guidelines addressed above we will approve and proceed to issue a refund of your purchase and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Your refund may take a couple of days depending on your service provider to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.

Late or missing refunds

Sale items

Dress Afrika is not responsible for return shipping costs Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item nad free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact support and send your item to our {physical address}.

Product Availability and Limitations

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products. Dress Afrika may have to limit the number of products available for purchase Trust us, we’re building them as fast as we can Dress Afrika reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time even after you place an order.

Furthermore, there may be occasions when Dress Atrika confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product in the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Dress Afrika will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
