All in stock items are ‘ready to ship’ and and are dispatched within 1-2 working days of your order being placed. We understand that getting your item to you as soon as possible is of importance to you; this is why we only offer one shipping option via UPS Express, as stated below:
SHIPMENT OF ‘PRE-ORDER’ ITEMS
Pre-order items are clearly identified as such and require a 3-4 week processing period before shipment. We recognize how important it is for you to receive your goods as fast as possible; as a result, we only offer one delivery option via UPS Express, as shown below:
- If your purchase includes both pre-ordered and’ready to ship’ products, your order will be dispatched whenever the pre-ordered item(s) becomes available.
- Place two distinct orders – one for the ‘pre-ordered’ item(s) and another for the’ready to ship’ goods – if you wish to order a combination of in-stock and pre-ordered things and want the in-stock item(s) to ship right away.
Important Words Of Caution:
Full tracking information will be sent to you via text and/or email once your product has been sent. Because we employ a monitored and signed service, please make sure someone is available to sign for and collect your package at the shipping address.
For shipments entering their native country, customers are liable for any customs fees.
